3. Write and illustrate a page for an ancient
scroll commemorating the important
achievements of ONE key figure in the
history of the Israelites, as described in
the Hebrew Bible. Use your #s to assign:
#1 Abraham 11.4
#2 Moses 11.5
#3 David and Solomon 11.6

STEP ONE: Read your section and complete the corresponding Reading Notes
STEP TWO: Get instructions and construction paper from Mrs. H-W
STEP THREE: Create your scroll
STEP FOUR: Use your scroll to teach your team about your key figure and take notes on
their key figure.

2. Student Sample and Rubric analysis:
     With your team, choose one of the sample 
     articles below.  Using Google Read/Write,
     read and listen to the article.

3.  Then, as a group, use the rubric to discuss the strengths 
     and weaknesses of the project.  

4. Finally, review what each team member must do to complete their draft by
    Thursday. Fill out the Team Check-in form and give it to Mrs. Hauck-Wood.  
    Friday 1/12 and Tuesday 1/16 you will get peer and teacher feedback.
